About the Send a Song Ministry
Singer/songwriter & speaker, Judy Asmus wants all people to know a real Jesus. She hopes that through her ministry, many would come to know Jesus as their best friend and their only way to heaven by His death on the cross.
Judy’s “Send A Song” ministry was aired on WJYM radio for almost 8 years. It was also broadcast on Radio East Africa and Voice of Hope in Israel for 2 years. She has ministered overseas many times in Romania(6 months after the assassination/uprising), Israel, England, Finland, Estonia and Germany. Judy was part of the first Gospel Choir to sing at the Kremlin in Russia, a few days after the walls came down!
Judy has recorded 6 CD’s and has done 4 CD’s with her family, “The Asmus Family Singers.” Her whole family loves the Lord and enjoys singing, too, but Judy is the one who goes outside her church to minister. Judy also sends personal songs through the mail, for those who need to be built up, stirred up or cheered up.
Poetry is one of the gifts that Judy enjoys! She has written 3 Poem Books. Her poetry was birthed out of a very difficult year when he husband was ill with a serious lung problem. He went home to be with the Lord on Feb. 3, 2006. It is her strong desire to see many encouraged in their faith through these poems.
